Why do I need an MC?

 

Think of your Tonic DJs MC as your on-the-day guardian angel, a single point of contact to help keep your event running smoothly.

It starts with an optional online meet and greet with your MC that can be arranged at any time. A month from your big day, we’ll be in touch to organise your online pre-event planning meeting where your MC will go over every detail with you to make sure the night runs just how you imagine it. Our MC service covers the presentation aspect making sure everything is properly introduced, and, working behind the scenes to ensure that the meals, music, photographer and formalities keep to schedule and all tie in together. They are more than just an MC, they become your event manager! And if any surprises pop up (and trust us, they always do!) an experienced MC handles them discreetly, leaving you and you guests to continue enjoying the party without having to worry! This is vastly different to the DJ making a few off the cuff announcements from behind the decks.
